Pairing two antioxidants doesn’t multiply the evidence for either one; it just means you’re combining two ingredients with their own separate, and separately incomplete, research bases. If you’re evaluating a formula that pairs the two, ask what dose of each is used and whether that dose maps to anything tested, rather than assuming the combination has been studied as a unit.
